America is in a world of hurt over what took
place. The conditions of the naval bases and the community surrounding them are
poor. We were completely blindsided by this horrific event, they did indeed
achieve surprise. Having watched parts of what took place have changed me for
good. So many lives of innocent men and women were taken. We are working
non-stop to save and recover as many lives as we possibly can. Life is so
precious and just like that so many lost theirs. I am still in shock over what
happened and a little puzzled on why it took place. We did not deserve what we
got. I hope Japan realizes what they did was a huge mistake, if they don’t know
now they will soon enough.
