FDR has over stepped his boundarys completely.While Great Britain was being bombed by Germany FDR sat back and did nothing about it. While innocent people were being killed he thought it was no big deal that Great Britain was being bombed by Germany everyday for at least a month. FDR should have stepped in and help Great Britten and stop Germany from invading Great Britain and stop him from making any more moves on other country's who just want peace.
